Red cabbage salad with pears and chicken

The cabbage will be slightly marinated, but will still retain its crunchiness. This salad can easily be prepared for the arrival of guests.

Bake the chicken breast with your favorite spices and shred it.
- Chicken fillet: 250 g
- Spices: pinch

Sauté the cabbage. Add the cabbage in portions to a pan with heated olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Red cabbage: 1 piece

When it wilts a bit, add balsamic vinegar.

Cover with a lid and continue to simmer on low heat for 1-1.5 hours.

You can add dried fruits in the middle of cooking, but I feel good without them.
