Grilled chicken Caesar salad is an iconic dish of European cuisine, embodying a harmony of flavors and textures. Its history dates back to 1924 when Italian chef Caesar Cardini created this salad amid ingredient shortages. Juicy grilled chicken adds a rich aroma, crispy croutons provide textural pleasure, and delicate parmesan completes the composition with a refined taste. Dressed with a signature sauce, this salad is suitable for both a light dinner and a festive feast. Served fresh, it brings gastronomic delight.
