Olivier with shrimps

Shrimp Olivier is an exquisite reimagining of the classic Russian salad. Historically, Olivier emerged thanks to French chef Lucien Olivier in the 19th century, becoming a symbol of festive feasts. In this variation, the usual chicken is replaced with juicy shrimp, adding sophistication and a marine aroma to the dish. Potatoes and carrots provide tenderness, while gherkins and cucumbers add refreshing crunchiness. Apple adds a light sweetness, and green peas contribute a familiar comforting taste. A light mayonnaise binds all components together, creating a harmonious texture. This dish is perfect for a formal dinner when you desire traditional flavor with an elegant twist.
