Salad with squid, apples and cheese

Salad with squid, apples, and cheese is a refined dish of European cuisine where the marine freshness of squid harmoniously combines with the sweet and sour taste of apples and creamy notes of cheese. Possibly originating from Mediterranean culinary traditions, it offers an ideal balance of textures: tender seafood, juicy fruits, and soft cheese. The lightness of the salad makes it an excellent choice for both everyday meals and festive tables. The spiciness of the onion is softened by pre-treatment, while eggs add extra nutrition. A mayonnaise dressing completes the flavor ensemble, creating a rich yet not overwhelming accent. It can be served chilled as an appetizer or a standalone dish.
