Fresh broccoli salad is a light and refreshing dish that combines crunchy broccoli florets, the sweetness of red apples and grapes, the spiciness of red onion, and a nutty dressing flavor. Inspired by European cuisine, this salad is perfect as a standalone dish or as a side to fish or white meat. The sophistication of taste comes from a dressing that includes apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup that harmoniously complements the freshness of the ingredients. The addition of ginger gives the salad a slight spiciness. It is ideal for summer days and light dinners when you want something nutritious but not heavy. The unique combination of sweet, sour, and spicy makes this salad not only delicious but also memorable.
