Porcini mushroom and ham salad

Mushroom and ham salad is a refined combination of noble forest mushrooms, aromatic ham, and delicate cheese that traces back to European culinary traditions. The white mushrooms, known for their rich flavor, add sophistication to the dish while the ham contributes depth and a slight saltiness. The mild spiciness of sautéed onions enhances the taste of the ingredients, and tender pieces of boiled egg soften the salad's texture. Mayonnaise or sour cream binds the components together, creating a harmonious blend. The unique presentation with cucumber ribbons transforms the salad into a true culinary masterpiece, perfect for both festive dinners and cozy home gatherings. This dish embodies elegance and flavor harmony.
