Roast the walnuts in a hot pan, chop them, and let them cool.
- Walnuts: 35 g

Heat 3 tablespoons of walnut oil in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic, and cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes. Increase the heat, add mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and sauté, stirring, for about 5 minutes.
- Walnut oil: 5 tablespoon
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Chanterelles: 500 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Reduce the heat to minimum, add chopped tomatoes, minced ham, and parsley, and sauté for a couple more minutes, stirring. Remove from heat and set aside.
