Wash the frisée lettuce, chop it, and place it in a salad bowl. Wash the radicchio and cut it into strips. Place it in the center of the salad. Cut the celery into cubes. Wash the grapes, cut them in half, and remove the seeds. Place the celery and grapes on top of the radicchio.
- Frisee salad: 200 g
- Radicchio salad: 100 g
- Celery stalk: 100 g
- Green grapes: 200 g

Mix mustard and lemon juice, add salt and pepper. Add olive oil and mix well. Dress the salad before serving.
