Celery salad with oranges

Grate 2 tablespoons of orange zest into a large bowl. Thinly slice the celery. Chop the olives finely. Rinse the chickpeas and slightly crush them. Finely chop the red onion.
- Oranges: 3 pieces
- Celery stalk: 2 pieces
- Pitted olives: 1.5 glass
- Canned chickpeas: 1.5 glass
- Red onion: 1 head

Peel the oranges and carefully cut the segments into a bowl with the zest. Squeeze the juice in as well.
