Jicama salad with pear and lime

Jicama salad with pear and lime is a light and refreshing dish that harmoniously combines sweetness and tanginess. Jicama, a root vegetable with a crunchy texture and subtle sweet flavor, perfectly complements the juicy pear, while lime adds brightness and zest. Olive oil and fresh cilantro deepen the flavor and aroma. Despite its Italian inspiration, this salad recalls Latin American traditions where jicama is used in refreshing dishes. Ideal as a light snack or accompaniment to meat and fish dishes. Serve it immediately after preparation to enjoy the freshness and crunchy texture of the ingredients.
