Low-calorie Caesar salad

Low-calorie Caesar salad is a light and healthy interpretation of the classic American dish. Its history traces back to Caesar's restaurant in Mexico, where it was created as a spontaneous combination of available ingredients. In this version, the traditional dressing is replaced with a creamy yogurt one, and the chicken breast is grilled without oil, making the dish lower in calories. Fresh iceberg lettuce adds a crunchy texture, while croutons provide a pleasant contrast. The delicate flavor of garlic and grated cheese harmoniously complements each serving. This salad is perfect for those who watch their diet but don't want to sacrifice taste. It can be served as a standalone dish or a light side, enjoying the balance of flavors and textures.

First, we fry the chicken in a grill pan without adding oil (I don't recommend frying the breast whole; it's better to cut it in half and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side). You can add a couple of rosemary leaves for aroma.
- Chicken breast fillet: to taste
- Iceberg lettuce: to taste

While the chicken is frying, we prepare the sauce. We simply mix all the ingredients (yogurt, cheese, garlic) — the last one, of course, is chopped very finely.
- Natural yoghurt: 1 jar
- Grated cheese: to taste
- Garlic: 0.5 clove

In a salad bowl, we toss in lettuce leaves, sliced chicken, and pour all of it with sauce. Next, we prepare the croutons. I make them in a special toaster (similar to a mini-oven), but if you don't have one, fry them in a pan.

- Chicken breast fillet: to taste
- Natural yoghurt: 1 jar
- Grated cheese: to taste
- Garlic: 0.5 clove
