Cabbage salad with yogurt dressing is a light and refreshing dish inspired by European culinary traditions. It combines the crunchy freshness of cabbage, the sweetness of red pepper, and the spiciness of green onions, complemented by a delicate yogurt dressing with hints of apple cider vinegar and Dijon mustard. The yogurt base makes it not only healthy but also perfectly paired with meat and fish dishes. This salad is great for summer lunches or light dinners, refreshing the taste buds and energizing. Its roots can be found in classic European cabbage salads, but using Greek yogurt adds a modern touch. The key is to let the dish sit so that the flavors harmoniously blend together, creating an ideal balance between the freshness of the vegetables and the creamy texture of the dressing.
