Clean the kohlrabi and turnip, then grate them on a coarse grater or in a food processor.
- Kohlrabi with tops: 500 g
- White turnip: 230 g

In a bowl, mix lime juice, peanut butter, honey, and sesame oil. Add salt and pepper. Add finely chopped green onions, finely chopped kohlrabi leaves, grated kohlrabi, and turnip. Mix and let sit for 15 minutes.
