Pasta salad with creamy sauce and celery is a delicate and refreshing dish infused with the lightness of Italian cuisine. Its roots trace back to traditional pasta salads popular in Mediterranean regions. The creamy sauce made from mayonnaise and lemon juice pairs perfectly with the texture of conchiglie pasta, enveloping it in softness, while the fresh crunch of celery adds an elegant structure to the salad. Red onion adds a tangy note, and celery leaves enhance the freshness. This salad is perfect as a standalone dish or side, suitable for both everyday meals and festive tables. Its chilled version is ideal for summer picnics, as the creaminess of the sauce combined with vegetables creates a harmonious aftertaste, offering lightness and pleasure.
