This refreshing cucumber salad with orange and fresh herbs takes us to sunny Greece, where the simplicity and freshness of ingredients are the foundation of culinary traditions. Crunchy cucumber slices harmoniously blend with the juicy sweetness of orange, while a fragrant dressing made from olive oil, lemon juice, and spices elevates the dish. Oregano, rosemary, thyme, and mint add a Mediterranean touch, filling the salad with a rich bouquet of flavors. This salad not only refreshes in summer heat but also perfectly complements fish and meat dishes, turning a meal into a true celebration of taste.
