Salad with chicken breast and pomegranate
3 servings
40 minutes
Chicken breast and pomegranate salad is an elegant blend of freshness and spiciness inspired by Greek cuisine. The sweet pomegranate seeds add a touch of sophistication to the dish, while the cinnamon-seared chicken breast provides a warm aroma. Feta and hard cheese ensure a rich flavor, while herbs, cherry tomatoes, and sweet peppers add crunchy freshness. This salad is perfect as a standalone dish or as an accompaniment to a light dinner. Its taste is multifaceted: salty cheese, sweet-sour pomegranate, and spicy chicken create an amazing gastronomic balance. Greeks appreciate such combinations for their nutrition and harmony of ingredients, and this salad is a wonderful example of Mediterranean culinary art.

1
Bring water to a boil and place the pomegranate in it for 10 minutes for easier peeling. After that, remove the skin and clean the seeds.
- Pomegranate seeds: 1 glass
2
Grate the hard cheese.

Take the fillet and cut it into small pieces. Coat with cinnamon to taste (I do it so that all the meat is coated). Place in a pan and fry until cooked, then immediately sprinkle with grated cheese.

4
Cut the lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, and bell pepper into cubes.
- Green salad: 100 g
