This is a great salad for salmon and grilled chicken.

Boil the couscous as instructed. Cool it down.
- Couscous: 1.3 glass

In a large bowl, mix olive oil, orange juice, vinegar, and chopped shallot. Season with salt and pepper.
- Extra virgin olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Orange juice: 2 tablespoons
- Cider vinegar: 1 tablespoon
- Shallots: 2 g
- Salt: to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper: to taste

Add couscous, finely chopped nectarines, and berries. Gently mix.

- Nectarines: 2 pieces
