Green salad with Russian sauce

In essence, this is one of the variations of the same "Spring" salad. Only instead of dill and onion, lettuce is used, and the egg requires additional attention: the yolk is ground into dust and combined with sugar and lemon juice, and the white is simply grated.

Boil the egg hard.

Chop cucumbers and radishes finely, and also cut the lettuce leaves into small pieces.

Remove the yolk from the boiled egg and mash it with a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar. Add lemon juice and mash again. Add sour cream and mix.
