Peel the cucumbers and cut them into thin strips. Cut the strawberries into quarters. Peel the kiwi and slice it thinly. Remove the black seeds from the papaya, peel it, and slice it thinly. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Mix maple syrup with lemon juice using a whisk, gradually adding oil, and whip all ingredients into a thick sauce, seasoning with cayenne pepper.
