Bring lightly salted water to a boil in a pot. Add the tortellini and cook until done. Drain and rinse under cold water.

In a large bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, and sugar. Add tortellini, diced ham, finely chopped pepper, sliced mushrooms, chopped olives, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything well.

- Tortellini with cheese: 250 g
- Ham: 250 g
- Red sweet pepper: 1 piece
- Pickled mushrooms: 110 g
- Pitted olives: 0.5 glass
- Green onion with bulb: 450 pieces
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
