Salad with crab sticks, apple, and cucumber is a light and refreshing dish from European cuisine that harmoniously combines the sweet taste of apples, the tenderness of crab sticks, and the freshness of cucumbers. Corn adds a slight sweetness to the salad, while dill provides an aromatic note. The dressing made of lemon juice and salt highlights the flavor nuances, making it even more balanced. This salad is perfect for summer lunches or as a light snack. Its simplicity in preparation and exquisite taste make it popular at family gatherings and festive events.
