This refreshing salad, inspired by European cuisine, combines tender spinach leaves, juicy raspberries, and tangy feta to create a harmony of flavors and textures. The light acidity of wine vinegar and the freshness of lemon zest add a subtle sophistication to the dish, while pecan nuts provide a pleasant crunch. Salads with berries and cheese have a long history in European culinary traditions, where the balance of sweet and salty is appreciated. It’s the perfect dish for a summer dinner or light snack, complemented by fruity notes and the rich creaminess of feta. The olive oil and mustard-based dressing unites the ingredients into a single symphony of flavors, making the salad not only tasty but also healthy.
