Wild Rice Salad

70 minutes
Wild rice salad is a harmony of textures and aromas inspired by Italian cuisine. Wild rice, with its delicate nutty flavor, forms the base of this dish, while fresh beans provide a vibrant accent. Dressed with sesame oil and lemon juice, the salad gains a refined tang with a hint of garlic's spiciness. This salad is perfect as a standalone dish or as a side to fish and meat. The secret to its preparation is patience in cooking the rice, allowing each grain to unfold. You can add tender pieces of goat cheese or mozzarella for creaminess. It is recommended to enjoy it hot with soy sauce – this reveals the full spectrum of flavors. And if you want to feel the spirit of Asian dining, try eating it with chopsticks – enjoyment is guaranteed!
