The 'Bird's Nests' salad is an original dish of Russian cuisine inspired by natural motifs. It features tender chicken fillet, juicy ham, and tangy pickled mushrooms harmoniously combined with crispy potatoes. To finish, 'bird eggs' – soft cheese balls are added for a unique texture and rich flavor. Fresh salad leaves add lightness, while garlic and mayonnaise provide zest. This salad not only pleases the eye with its unusual presentation but also surprises with a rich combination of flavors – from creamy-soft to salty-spicy. It is perfect for festive gatherings, highlighting a creative approach to traditional ingredients.
