Cold Cabbage and Cilantro Salad with Garlic Dressing

Cilantro and garlic will give the cabbage a bolder look, and it will look much more impressive with them. The salad can be served on a platter, the bottom of which is lined with lettuce leaves.

Chop the cabbage, finely chop the onion and cilantro, peel the cucumber and cut it into slices. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.
- White cabbage: 1 piece
- Coriander: 2 tablespoons
- Onion: 1 head
- Cucumbers: 1 piece
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Make the dressing. Crush a clove of garlic in a garlic press and mix it with two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Dress the chilled salad.
