It's advisable to prepare the veal in advance. You can simply roast it in the oven and cut off as much as needed for the salad. The remainder can be used for other purposes.
- Veal: 50 g

Place couscous in a small container, pour boiling water over it, cover with a lid, and let it sit for 4 minutes. You can add a little olive oil for fluffiness.

Meanwhile, cut the Frisée lettuce into 5mm strips and place it in a salad bowl. Add thinly sliced veal and pine nuts. Season with salt.
