This salad is a true celebration of freshness and flavor, inspired by the traditions of Russian cuisine. Bright, juicy Baku tomatoes combined with crunchy cucumbers create a summer harmony. Suluguni cheese, with its soft texture and slight saltiness, adds richness to the dish. Aromatic herbs—cilantro and fresh mint—bring an Eastern note and lightness. The dressing made from corn and cumin oil with lemon juice makes the taste exquisite and multifaceted, while freshly ground black pepper adds a hint of spiciness. This salad is wonderful on its own but also perfectly complements meat and fish dishes, highlighting their rich flavors. Refreshing, healthy, and incredibly aromatic—it will be the jewel of any feast.
