In this version, tender boiled beef gives the dish a rich meaty flavor, while juicy carrots add sweet notes. Crunchy pickled cucumbers and green peas harmoniously complement the flavor palette, while mayonnaise unites all ingredients into a creamy texture. This salad is perfect for festive dinners and family gatherings, offering rich yet balanced taste sensations. It is served chilled and garnished with fresh dill that enhances its freshness and appetizing appeal.

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Boil potatoes, carrots, and eggs.
- Potato: 3 pieces
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces

Wash the beef well under running water, place it in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, skim off the foam, add 1 bay leaf and 3 peppercorns, salt to taste, and boil until cooked over medium heat. Cool in the broth.
