Rinse the dzavar.
- Round grain wheat (dzavar): 100 g

Boil in boiling water for 10 minutes. Then drain into a fine sieve and cool.

Chop spinach, cilantro, and dill coarsely into a deep bowl.
- Spinach: 200 g
- Coriander: 60 g
- Dill: 60 g

Add spices, salt, and pepper to taste.

Mix everything.

Mix kamats-matsun with sour cream.
