Wash the lettuce leaves with water and place them on a plate. Cut the watermelon into cubes of about 2 cm. Optionally, you can remove the seeds. Place the fresh watermelon with the lettuce leaves.
- Fresh spinach leaves: 30 g
- Arugula: 5 g
- Watermelon: 200 g

Cut the cheese into cubes, tear it or grate it on a coarse grater and place it on top of the watermelon.
