Salad (akhtsan) from dried quinoa

Soak dried goosefoot in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain in a sieve and transfer to a pot.
- Quinoa: 100 g

Pour in some water, add salt, and simmer until ready.

Drain the cooked goosefoot in a sieve, cool it down, and then chop it finely.

Chop the onion finely.

Fry in vegetable oil, cool down, mix with lamb's quarters.
