Sort the red beans, rinse them, cover with cold water and boil until soft, then drain in a colander.
- Red beans: 80 g

Sprinkle the cooled beans with salt, pepper, finely chopped onion, cilantro greens, drizzle with vinegar mixed with sunflower oil, and mix well.
