Radish and orange salad is an exquisite blend of freshness and spiciness inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. Its roots trace back to culinary traditions where citrus fruits harmoniously complement vegetable dishes. The bright radish with its sharp note contrasts with the juicy sweetness of the orange, while walnuts add a delicate crunch. Lemon juice and a pinch of spices enhance the richness of flavors, creating a perfect balance. This salad not only pleases the eye but also refreshes, filling the body with vitamins. It is ideal as a light lunch or an elegant side dish for meat and fish. It is best served chilled, making it an excellent choice for summer dinners and festive tables.
