Cut the ends of the cucumbers and slice them into rounds 1–1.5 cm thick. Finely chop the basil stems and add them to the bowl with the cucumbers.
- Cucumbers: 500 g
- Basil: 1 bunch

Break fresh cauliflower into small florets (you can finely chop some of the stem and add it to the florets). Cut off the bottom of a garlic head with the roots and chop the garlic with its young skin without peeling. Finely chop the dill stems and add them to the salad. Cut off the stems of cherry tomatoes and add them to the dish.
- Cauliflower: 1 kg
- Garlic: 1 head
- Dill stems: 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes: 200 g

Transfer the vegetable salad to a plastic bag, add salt, and shake the bag thoroughly to release the juices from the vegetables, similar to lightly salted cucumbers.
- Salt: 20 g

Put the salad package in the fridge for a couple of hours.

After a couple of hours, serve the salad on a plate and enjoy delicious and vitamin-rich food. The taste is amazing and the texture too. Most importantly, you will fall in love with cauliflower once again.
