Boil the eggs hard, separate the white from the yolk. Grate the white on a coarse grater and the yolk on a fine grater.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces

Marinate the onion, sliced into rings, in the evening. You will need 1 large onion, sugar, salt, vinegar, water, and black pepper.
- Salad onions: 1 head
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- White wine vinegar: 1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater as well and lightly fry it in vegetable oil. Chop the garlic finely. You can add walnuts if desired.

Layer all components in a shallow salad bowl. The sequence of ingredients should be: protein, cheese, pickled onions with nuts, carrots with garlic, protein, and yolk. Spread mayonnaise between layers. Garnish the salad with greens and olives on top.
