Avocado and Shrimp Salad
2 servings
30 minutes
When we say avocado, we mean shrimp. The most popular of the folk salads is prepared in literally 20 minutes: you need to fry the shrimp, combine them with tomatoes, coarsely chopped avocado pulp, tear the lettuce leaves with your hands and dress everything together with store-bought Thousand Island sauce. But if you don't trust store-bought sauces, the Thousand Island recipe with pickles, which pleasantly enliven the creamy, but rather amorphous avocado, can be found here.
