Caesar salad with garlic bread is a legendary dish of American cuisine that originated in 1924 in Tijuana, Mexico, thanks to Italian chef Caesar Cardini. This salad combines tender chicken fillet, crispy garlic croutons, and aromatic parmesan, creating a harmony of flavors and textures. Dressed with mayonnaise, it has a rich, creamy taste with spicy notes of garlic. Caesar salad is perfect for both festive dinners and light yet nutritious lunches. The crunchy croutons add textural complexity while the fresh lettuce refreshes the flavor. Its simplicity in preparation makes it a favorite choice for many gourmets as it easily comes together from accessible ingredients while looking elegant and refined.

1
Slice the white bread into pieces about one centimeter thick. Take a non-stick pan and heat it. Toast the bread on both sides until it becomes crispy and brittle. Let the bread slices cool, then rub each piece on both sides with garlic and cut into small cubes. Place all the resulting croutons on a plate and set them in a dry warm place for a while. If the bread is not toasted well enough and is soft inside, you will need to dry the croutons for quite a long time.
