For the tartlets, grate cheese on a medium grater and send 2-3 teaspoons to melt in the microwave (if the molds are larger, a bit more cheese will be needed). Pour the hot melted cheese into the molds, let it cool slightly and form the tartlets. Place in the refrigerator until completely cooled. If the molds are silicone, there's no need to line them with anything. If they are metal (you can also use plastic ones from children's yogurts), it's better to line them with food wrap. Remove the tartlets from the molds and fill them with salad.
- Hard cheese: 150 g
