Tomato, Cottage Cheese and Cherry Salad

The most colorful salad from Alexander Semenov, chef of the Maer restaurant, can safely be called "Battle for the Harvest". Cherries, tomatoes and red onions are thrown in generously. The salad also uses the national Chechen cottage cheese kald: it is its salty taste that organizes chaos on the plate. All in all, it is an incredibly sensual meal, painted with all the colors of the southern summer. If desired, kald can easily be replaced with coarse homemade cheese or well-squeezed salted regular cottage cheese, it is better to add Uzbek cherries, and onions - Yalta, it is the sweetest.
