First, slice the onion into thin half-rings, then cut them in half again to make quarters. If the onion is large, half is enough.

Prepare the marinade for the onion: mix sugar, vinegar, salt, and water. Pour the resulting marinade over the onion and let it sit for half an hour to an hour. Ensure the onion is completely covered with liquid (a small deep bowl can be used).
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon

- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Water: 100 ml

While the onion is marinating, boil the asparagus beans. Drop them into boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes, then transfer to cold water to stop cooking and keep the beans crunchy.

Cut the cucumbers and ham into thin strips, about the size of a bean.
- Barrel pickled cucumbers: 3 pieces
- Cooked and smoked ham: 400 g

Break the eggs, beat them, and mix with soy sauce. Fry pancakes from the mixture in a dry, well-heated pan.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon

Cut the finished pancakes into thin strips to match the size of the other ingredients. Mix with cucumbers and ham.

Drain the onion well from the marinade. Add it to the other ingredients and also add the beans. Cut very long pods into 2-3 pieces.
