This salad is a true embodiment of Mediterranean flavor, where tender mussels combine with crunchy broccoli and fresh green beans. Historically, seafood holds an important place in Mediterranean cuisine as a source of rich flavors and health benefits. Here they harmonize with juicy cucumbers, while spicy French mustard, olive oil, and soy sauce add a special depth of flavor to the dish. Broccoli and beans add freshness and lightness, while green onions complete the composition with their bright notes. The salad is not only delicious but also healthy as it is rich in protein, vitamins, and antioxidants. It can be served as a standalone dish or as an exquisite side to fish or meat.
