Mimosa Salad is good for its simplicity and festive look. It got its name from its resemblance to mimosa flowers that have fallen on the snow. The role of the latter is played by egg white, and the flowers are obtained from crumbled yolks. You will need mayonnaise for the salad, and if you make it yourself, it will be even tastier.
