In a pan with olive and butter, add 0.5 onion, garlic, chili pepper and sauté a little.

Add lentils, let them absorb the oil. Pour in white wine and let it evaporate.

Then we add water, salt, pepper, paprika, bay leaf, and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30-35 minutes (or the time indicated on the package). The main thing is not to turn the lentils into puree.

Fry until light golden color. Add chanterelles and sauté a little.

Add salt and pepper. Reduce the heat and add sour cream. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
