In heated oil in a large pot, we sauté finely chopped onion.
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Onion: 1 piece

Add rice, mix, add a mixture of frozen vegetables and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and cook for another 15 minutes, stirring once.
- Rice: 400 g
- Frozen vegetables: 500 g
- Chicken broth: 750 ml

- Cheddar cheese: 120 g
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 40 g
