Pour the yeast into a glass, add warm water (not hot, warm!), add one tablespoon of sugar, stir, and let it sit for fifteen minutes. The yeast should start to foam.

In a pot, add 200 grams of flour and salt. Crack an egg into the flour, add oil and pour in the yeast. Knead the dough. At this stage, a liquid dough is formed. Leave it for an hour in a warm place covered with a towel.

In an hour, the dough should rise. Add the remaining flour and knead the dough to a firmer consistency.

Divide the dough into four parts. This amount of dough will make four small pizzas.

Grease the baking tray with sunflower oil. Two pizzas will fit on the tray.
