Diet pizza without dough

Diet pizza without dough is an original version of the Italian dish adapted for those who watch their diet. Instead of classic dough, a base made from chicken mince with oatmeal flour and spices is used, making the dish tender and filling. The sauce made from sour cream, tomato paste, and mustard adds a tangy zest, while the variety of vegetable ingredients provides freshness and rich flavor. Bell peppers, mushrooms, pickles, and tomatoes create a harmonious combination of textures, while melted cheese adds an appetizing stretchiness. Baked in the oven, this pizza remains juicy and its aroma awakens the appetite. Ideal for a light dinner or festive table, it offers a new perspective on a favorite dish while preserving the spirit of Italian cuisine but avoiding extra calories.
