Whisk the egg, salt, and sugar.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon

Then add vegetable oil. Whisk again.

Then add a packet of dry yeast (8-10 g). Whisk again.
- Dry yeast: 10 g

Add a glass of warm (!!!) water to the mixture. Stir (to dissolve the yeast)

Pour the mixture into a bowl with flour and mix thoroughly. Then cover with a towel and leave for half an hour at room temperature. It's normal for the dough to be liquid; no more flour is needed.

Line the baking tray with parchment paper and spread the dough on it with your hands, shaping it to fit the tray. (Wet your hands in cold water to prevent the dough from sticking.)

Make a sauce from ketchup, mayonnaise, and garlic (crushed in a garlic press) and spread it on the dough.
- Ketchup: to taste

Slice the onion into half rings and evenly scatter it over the sauce.
- Onion: 1 piece

Slice the sausage and place onions on top (or fried chicken breast instead of sausage, to taste).
- Smoked sausage: 150 g

Slice the tomato and place it on top of the sausage.
- Tomatoes: 1 piece

Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on top with tomato.
- Russian cheese: 150 g

Place in a preheated oven at 180º for 25 minutes.
