- Peeled pumpkin seeds: 15 g
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons

Line a baking tray with parchment paper, spread the seeds, and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Slice the chili pepper into thin rings.

Pour 2-3 liters of water into a large pot, add salt, and cook the linguine for two minutes less than the package instructions. Drain the pasta in a colander, then place it on a plate and cover with another plate to keep it warm.

Return the pot to the stove, pour in the remaining olive oil, and sauté the chili pepper, onion, and garlic until the onion is soft and golden.

Add beans and 6 tablespoons of warm water, mix and simmer covered for 2 minutes.
