Quick way to cook pasta

This pasta cooking method is a real lifesaver for busy gourmets who need to quickly get a delicious and tender dish. European cuisine is known for its simplicity and sophistication, and this method fully reflects its philosophy: minimal effort, maximum flavor. Instead of the usual boiling, the pasta simmers in hot water under a lid, gradually absorbing moisture and achieving the perfect texture. This gives it a velvety richness, making it an excellent complement to any sauces—from classic tomato to creamy. This cooking method is especially useful when time is short or kitchen resources are limited since it only requires boiling water and a bit of patience. A great option for a quick dinner without extra hassle!
