Pasta amatriciana with bacon is a classic dish of Italian cuisine from the Lazio region. It is known for its rich, spicy, and slightly sharp flavor profile. Aromatic bacon stewed with onions, garlic, and white wine gives the sauce a deep, rich taste. Tomato puree adds freshness and a slight tanginess to the dish, while ground red pepper adds spiciness. Served with al dente pasta that holds the sauce well, enriching each forkful with its rich aroma. This dish is perfect for cozy family dinners as well as festive gatherings.
